Neural Viewer

Using a simple, intuitive GUI interface, you can slow down or freeze the simulation to watch how your network behaves as the activation propagates through it - and even tweak the properties of individual neurons on the fly.

NV also lets you record and play back ASCII text "pattern files" to feed sequences of 'sensory input' into your networks. Patterns can be as simple or as complex as you like.

Finally, NV can apply a Hebbian-based learning rule to your network at the touch of a key, allowing you to experiment with networks that shape themselves in response to sensory input. View the homepage of this simulator at: http://www.btinternet.com/~cfinnie/. You can also download a mirrored version of the simulator (version 2.0 for Win98/NT/XP) here. This version may be outdated - check the author's site for the latest version.
